Here are some of the most commonly asked questions I’ve received regarding fitness training and my work. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please reach out and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

What equipment is required for your program?

Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, long and short bands, treadmill/area to run. 

Unless you have a fully equipped gym at home, we recommend joining a gym. Not only will the gym provide all the equipment you need for a successful workout, it is always good to be in an environment where you can be fully focused throughout your workout! 

Do you offer nutrition coaching and guidance?

This depends on your nutritional needs. Please enter your information in the contact section and we will get back to you shortly!

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

We offer workout programs so you can do the workouts on your own, wherever and whenever you want. Although in-person trainers can be beneficial, they do not offer the same flexibility that our program has. With our program, you have the ability to access your workouts right from your fingertips. Additionally, the app will maintain your personal data, progress, and milestones!

Do you work with people who are not athletes?

Yes. Although we specialize with teens and young adults who have a background in fitness, we do work with a range of skill levels, ages, and genders. What is required to be a Brand Ambassador?

To receive the 50% brand ambassador discount on our programming, you must create a specific Instagram account for your fitness journey, post at least 2x per week, post a story each week, tag our Instagram page in all posts, and post your transformation photos at the end of our fitness journey.

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

How does your Transformation Program work?

Through our Transformation Program, you will receive access to an exclusive app for each of our clients. With the app, you will receive your daily workouts which include step by step instructions on your warm up, exercises, sets, reps, rest time, and a video on proper form for the exercise. Additionally, the app will track your progress, photos, measurements, sleep, heart rate, steps, and other personal data to make sure you succeed with this program!
